Some of us are like myself on the genetically skinny side of weight loss. Post pregnancy, our bodies went back to normal. It looked was as if we were only walking around with a football the entire time we were pregnant, to say the least. Others on the other hand found it quite a bit challenging to get rid of all the baby weight that came with the birth. Something I discovered during my journey was that breast feeding was surprisingly one of the ways to loose all the baby weight as it does burn a lot of calories. The more you breast fed, the more you burn. However, it does comes with a price as we all know, we have to commit to the sacrifice of breast feeding for a LONG time. Nevertheless, hitting the gym is great as well. What has your experience been?
